RDR retail distribution review
The Retail Distribution Review will require advisors that wish to be independent to be whole of market and this includes considering Unregulated Collective Investment Schemes (UCIS) where relevant.
It means advisors cannot ignore UCIS - and neither should they, from an investment and tax-planning perspective - but many need to adopt a more rigorous approach to the sector.
